Our room was good sized and provided with single bed, a nice big patio, a cozy terrace as expected. Great service, provided by the superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. Lovely and amazing location, Ngurah Rai International airport was 0.5 miles away. The hotel itself was in a really quiet area.

The scale of hotel is superb and suits those not wanting a sterile 5 star experience. Lovely gardens and rooms, friendly staff, and great value for money in Nusa Dua.
very little - flatter pillows could help.

Beach front location terrific. Hotel is quiet and relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpfull, especially housekeeping manager, Wayan.
Plumbing in bathrooms could be improved, but depends on the room.

The hospitality of the staff, the serene and clean enviroment which is very good for relaxation for a person on holiday.
Very little information about beach activities. I literally had to solicit for information. This area appears to be particularly disorganised.

The hotel atmosphere was relaxing. The gardens around hotel are immaculate and beautiful, and the pool was clean and refreshing, with great views over the ocean. The restaurant staff were so friendly and gave great customer service. The daily breakfast was delicious.
Reception staff were not too helpful with information or maps other than their own tours. Shower pressure was very low.

From the outset we were treated with utrmost courtesy and were made to feel most welcome. The staff were helpful and obliging and exceedingly happy and friendly. They were genuinely interested in us and extremely diligent and conscientious towards their work. The hotel grounds were impeccable and the gardens heavenly. The food was plentiful and excellent quality. The accomodation generally was very clean, spacious and comfortable with special added touches such as fresh fruit and flowers on our arrival. Everything was of an excellent standard. We checked in early and were provided with a courtesy room on our last day to shower before flying home. The resort was really lovely with plenty of restaurants, water sports and even more happy and friendly people. The beach was clean, safe and very well maintained.
There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. We had a blissful break and only wish that we could have stayed longer.

The hotel/resort is nice and quiet. It is close enough to Nusa Dua where my conference was held that I could go back after lunch to take a nap in preparation for the cocktails and evening activities.
I wished they had free Wi-Fi!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel is located just seconds away from the beach, making it very convenient. The grounds were beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and a lovely swimming pool. The restaurant had a simple menu, but the food was flavorful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the kind wait-staff. The hotel is also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, minimarts, and spas.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
